A group training program designed to build your cardio fitness through a variety of intense intervals. Predominately body weight and equipment used such as; kettle bells, ropes, TRX harness’s, tyres etc. Exercises can be modified to individual needs. If you are new to a Bootcamp, a 30 minute fundamental training session before class with a trainer is required. Arranged when booking in.
